Minor errors in the First-Edition
- Pages 103 & 247 are blank, sorry. Imagine what you might do with the space though!
- Both have been labelled 'Volume II" when the green was meant to be 'Volume I' and blue was 'Volume II' - this affects more the aesthetic than the functionality. There is no real difference between the blue and green versions other than the colour of the cover.
