Ordering

  1. Find the products you need. You can use the search bar at the top of the screen, or you can navigate by our main category menu.
  2. Select the items you wish to buy by clicking 'Add to Basket'. You should click through to the item to check the size and format before you commit to buy.
  3. When you have everything you need, click the green Shopping Basket icon at the top right of your screen, then 'Secure Checkout'.
  4. Check that all your items are listed. Make any changes and click the grey 'Update' button. Click the blue ‘Secure Checkout’ button to proceed.
  5. Log in with your existing account or enter your contact details. Create an account to speed the process next time you visit or untick for guest checkout. Sign up to our mailing list for special discounts and early access to new releases.
  6. To deliver to a different address, untick 'Deliver to billing address'. Complete the delivery address details.
  7. CAUTION - Always check that your delivery address is correct. Also, review and understand size and format before you buy.
  8. Select your delivery/shipping method.
  9. Choose a payment method. Click the blue ‘Secure Checkout’ button to proceed to payment and complete your order.
  10. DONE! You should receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

Payment

You can pay by PayPal or credit card. PayPal is worldwide. Other options are available for Australia/NZ.

Difficulty paying? Please contact us for help. If your order remains unpaid or your card is declined, we can email a PayPal invoice so you can complete payment.

PayPal (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / UnionPay)

You can log in with PayPal to pay for items using a secure internet account. You can also use this option without a Paypal account - simply scroll down to pay with a credit or debit card. Once you have paid, a confirmation page will show that you have successfully placed the order.

Pay in 4 interest-free payments is available for purchases of $30 to $2,000. No sign-up fees or late fees.

  1. Choose PayPal at checkout to pay later with Pay in 4.
  2. Complete your purchase with an initial 25% payment (today).
  3. Remaining payments are taken automatically (at 2, 4 & 6 weeks). It’s easy!

PayPal Pay in 4 is for eligible purchases between $30–$2,000 AUD. It’s available to Australian residents with an Australian PayPal account. Eligibility is subject to your PayPal account status and a credit assessment, which may require a credit check. Pay in 4 is a form of credit, so consider whether you can afford the repayments as use of the product may impact your credit score.

Visa/Mastercard (Australia/New Zealand)

Complete your card details including expiry date and CCV number. Check your customer information, then click 'Make Payment'.

Resume an Order, Change Payment or Complete Payment

If you have submitted your order but not completed payment (you may even have left the store), you can resume your order through Your Account > Order History. Find your Pending order and click Complete Payment to view all items in your shopping basket. You can then complete the payment process, or even select another payment method.

Cancel or Change Your Order

We try to process orders as soon as they are received, so you have to be VERY quick to cancel or change your order after you have paid - contact us now.

Order Status

You can check the status of your order, just log in to your account and select 'Order History'. Your order will move from Pending to Processing to Order Complete.

You should receive an email when we process your payment and another when we complete your order. If not, please check your spam folder. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us.

Tracking

You can track your order online - https://auspost.com.au/track. Use the reference number in your Order Complete email. Small items by letter or delivery via Economy Air Mail may not include online tracking.

Delivery/Shipping

Estimated delivery within Australia is 1-2 days Express Post and 4-6 days Parcel Post (SA = 2 days). New Zealand delivery is 7-14 business days. We deliver by Air Mail worldwide. Ink refill bottles are restricted to delivery within Australia.

No Delivery or Damage

If an item is not delivered, we can check tracking for you (see link above) but YOU will still need to contact Australia Post. If an item is lost or damaged then YOU will also need to contact Australia Post to make a claim. Returns & Refunds

Any returns must be within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price - in some cases, we may offer store credit. See Return & Refunds.

Large Orders

If you need more copies than we have available, please contact us. We are more than happy to help.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items can be paid for in advance and sent as soon as they are released - see individual product pages for pre-order release dates. Pre-order release dates are based on the best information we have but can change without notice, so please don't consider pre-order items for date-sensitive gifts. We may split your order to send available items and may use a lower postage rate for two deliveries.

Foreign Orders

While we specialise in Australia and New Zealand, we also ship worldwide. If you can pay by PayPal then we will be able to send your order.

Currencies

Prices are in Australian Dollars. You can change the currency to estimate prices in your own currency. Rates are updated frequently, but there is no expectation that the current exchange rate will be exactly as used on our site. Use as a guide only.
