Return & Refunds

Any returns must be made within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price - in some cases, we may offer store credit.

Any cost of returning goods will be met by the customer.

Returned items must be unused, unmarked, with all labels attached, and protected during transit to avoid damage. Returns must be received in good, saleable condition for us to offer a refund or replacement.

If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, we may use any price difference towards postage of the replacement item.

Personalised or custom work is non-refundable.

Diaries or other items that have been discounted to clear stock are non-refundable. Diaries returned after 15 Jan in their calendar year will be subject to a $10 restocking charge.
