It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct item, size and page format. We will deliver the item that you selected. Please click through to check the measurements, view all images and read the details about each item before you commit to buy.

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter, activate and double-check any discount coupon codes - no ticket, no ride. The final price when you commit to buy is the agreed price. Discounts will not be applied after a purchase has been made or after a sale promotion has ended.

We make an effort to process orders the same day.

Pre-order items can be paid for in advance and sent as soon as they are released - see individual product pages for pre-order release dates. Pre-order release dates are based on the best information we have but can change without notice, so please don't consider pre-order items for date-sensitive gifts. We may split your order to send available items and may use a lower postage rate for two deliveries.


Selecting a product option is to show your preference only. Where a product has options but your selected option/preference is out of stock we may send the other. If you ONLY want the option you have chosen then you MUST specify this when placing your order - use the Comments field during checkout. You may also include comments or special instructions by using the contact form.


Estimated delivery within Australia is 1-2 days Express Post and 4-6 days Parcel Post (SA = 2 days). New Zealand delivery is 7-14 business days. We deliver by Air Mail worldwide.

You can track your order online - use the reference number in your Order Complete email. Small items by letter or delivery to countries via Economy Air Mail may not include online tracking.

It is the customer's responsibility to double-check their delivery address when placing an order. Please also check any confirmation e-mails you receive as part of your order. We deliver to the delivery address on the order. We accept no responsibility if the address provided by the customer is wrong or out of date.


Any returns must be made within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price - in some cases, we may offer store credit. See Return & Refunds

Custom Work

By making payment for any handmade or custom items, you grant us permission to reproduce any designs arising from the project.


Designs continue to evolve over time and descriptions, measurements, images and video on this website may vary in accuracy.
